  Earlier this week, our team gathered for a full fire drill. From the initial assembly and safety briefing (with our supervisor leading the team) to the quick, orderly evacuation down stairwells and through emergency exits—every step was smooth and intentional.

  Why do we prioritize these drills? Because when seconds count, muscle memory and clear protocols keep our team safe. Whether it’s locating fire extinguishers or knowing the fastest exit routes, we make sure everyone is prepared.
