In general, acrylic lenses can be divided into two types: silk screen acrylic lenses and ordinary acrylic lenses (different from glass lenses)

Silk screen acrylic lens is suitable for interior decoration display window, so that the product looks tall.

Acrylic lens has the advantages of light weight, high quality and low price, and it is very easy to form. Its molding methods include casting, injection molding, machining manufacturing, acrylic thermoforming, etc. Machining, manufacturing and forming, using precision CNC to produce and process the surface, can be mass produced, the production process is simple, and the cost is low. Therefore, its application is gradually widespread, and now it is widely used in various fields, such as electronic panels, instruments, automobiles, household appliances, etc.

Because the raw material price of acrylic is higher than usual, there are many substitutes with low quality and low price on the market. Those substitutes, also known as "acrylic", are actually ordinary organic boards or composite boards (also known as sandwich boards). Ordinary organic board is cast with ordinary organic glass cracking material and pigment, with low surface strength, easy to fade, and poor polishing function after grinding with fine sand. The sandwich panel only needs a very thin layer of acrylic on the surface and ABS plastic in the middle. It is easy to delamination due to the interference of thermal expansion and cold contraction in application. Distinguish true acrylic from false acrylic, which can be distinguished from the fine color difference and polishing function of the plate cross section

Acrylic lenses have been widely used in all kinds of electronic equipment window panels, also known as acrylic panels. Acrylic panels are usually molded by the following steps,

1. Sheet cutting (in general, 1650 * 1220 original sheet and other standards require a CNC cutting machine to cut into small pieces for proper printing)

2. Cleaning (remove the powder from the raw material)

3. Silk screen printing (pictures designed by customers)

4. Over film (protective film, not damaged in production, processing and transportation)

5. CNC cutting (forming according to customer's demand accurately and chamfering)

6. Active cleaning

7. Vacuum packaging
